Just keep going. When my mom was pregnant with me, she had a rare reaction, which led her to getting a blood transfusion on Christmas Eve, 1 too many IVs, countless sleepless nights, cancer patient medication, and even a pick line to her stomach. (It was full of sugar, fat, and water to get vital nutrients she needed.) Without her having to eat food in which she couldn't keep down. She would find herself so discouraged and wanting to give up so many times. Though a friend came over to bring dinner. (Dinners were brought in every night. With a husband who had a full-time job, two little kids, and being so sick to the point of not being able to move, these dinners were a heaven send.) That friend could see the worry and sorrow on my mother's face. She proceeded to put a tiny pair of baby booties on the table next to my mother and say "each time you think about giving up, look at these and remember just how important this little girl is. She needs you to fight through and keep going." My mother told me this story many times throughout my life, just to show in the fact that we ALWAYS need to keep going in life no matter how unbearable it may seem. Just look at the booties.

Another story is about an 8 Ish year-old girl. She LOVED to be active... (huh I wonder who I could be talking about...) though she found Rockwall climbing to be her favorite activity of the month. Her parents supplied her with all of the tools. The shoes, chalk, and a super cute outfit. She walked into Momentum Climbing like she owned the place. Though she also was on the smallest walls, because she was way too scared to try anything bigger. Finally, she got the courage to do a "big wall" She harnessed herself up and began climbing. She got 99% of the way up and found herself in a pickle. A pickle of not knowing where to go next. She started to cry but was way to determine to stop climbing. With the scene that was being created others started to rally and cheer her on. For 30 minutes this went on. To the point the gym was closed, yet the workers were so invested they left everything on. Finally, arms shaking and tears still streaming she leapt and hit the bell. She did it. Completing what she thought was impossible.

Honestly, I'm not sure why I'm even typing these stories, but I hope one day they help someone else in this world, who is thinking about giving up in any sort of sense and I beg you to reconsider.
